We have invested in making this website accessible so that everyone can browse it comfortably, view our menus, learn about our events and workshops, reserve a table and contact us.
Accessibility level
This website has been made accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, level AA. The website supports common browsers and mobile devices, and has been tested with a keyboard and accessibility testing tools.What we have done
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clear visible focus indicator and a “skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- A hierarchical heading structure and marked page regions for screen reader users.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background, including on our menus and on text shown over images.
- Clear labels for all form fields and understandable error messages.
- Links and buttons with clear names that describe their purpose, including the table reservation, phone and WhatsApp buttons.
- A button to pause and resume image slideshows and videos that play automatically.
- An accessibility widget that lets you, among other things, enlarge text, change contrast and highlight links.
- The website is available in Hebrew and English, and the language of each page is set accordingly.
Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. In addition, some services on the website are provided by third parties, such as the table reservation and delivery system (Tabit), maps and social networks, and their accessibility also depends on those providers. The videos on the website contain music only, with no speech. We continue to review and improve the accessibility of the website.
